Chatbots enable customers to be “delighted” by a service or a brand, leading to increased conversion and loyalty—all at a lower cost.Trying to understand the terms and conditions of a credit card or mortgage can be intimidating.Chatbots enable customers to interact with a product or brand in ways that mimic two-way human conversations.
It’s easy to get excited about chatbots: they can be embedded into existing popular channels such as Facebook Messenger, Whats App or Skype—enabling immediate reach of customers.
They are available 24/7 on a smartphone or a webpage, making them uniquely positioned to provide the sort of anytime, automatic information that customers demand.
Over time, the bots became quite skilled at it and even began feigning interest in one item in order to “sacrifice” it at at a later stage in the negotiation as a faux compromise.
We’re not talking singularity-level beings here, but the findings are a huge leap forward for AI.
Web Sites where the user can create their own Chat Bot for Free or for a fee.
Personal and Professional applications for such uses as Customer Service Agents and On-Line Assistance.
fref=ts During the last developer conference in April 2016, Facebook announced that it would open up its messenger platform for the commercial use of Chatbots, and so did Microsoft, We Chat, Telegram, Kik and Slack to name a few.
Since the announcement the Chatbot market has grown exponentially with developers and user experimenting with celebrity Chatbots like the many Selena Gomez Chatbots and the Shakespeare Chatbots, flirty ones like the Evie Chatbot and other girlfriend Chatbots, as well as the various attempts for adult, 18 and other sex Chatbots.
The bots — known as “dialog agents” — were creating their own language — well, kind of.
Using machine learning algorithms, dialog agents were left to converse freely in an attempt to strengthen their conversational skills.
Over time, the bots began to deviate from the scripted norms and in doing so, started communicating in an entirely new language — one they created without human input. But it’s interesting that AI, if given the opportunity, begins to deviate from the script to create something new — even if it looks like this: In an attempt to better converse with humans, chatbots took it a step further and got better at communicating without them — in their own sort of way. Researchers also found these bots to be incredibly crafty negotiators.
