I am thrilled to share this joy and encourage all women to become Divas runners! I've been an athlete for five years and own Luxury Fitness with my husband.
I lost 62 pounds and strive to serve as an inspiration to others.
I have done many races including 5Ks, 10Ks and half marathons. Between the heat and the slopes, I thought I would never run one again!
There is a reason why this lady is called Sami Wunder! My coach, my mentor, my guide - I’ll remain indebted to you all my life for introducing me to LIFE.
When I first came to Sami, I was distraught, lost in this journey of life, having been trampled by men left, right and centre and sadly through no fault of mine.
A woman who’s a keeper is one who gives all her attention to her man. Marriage talk and marriage mindedness is not the problem, but, it’s a problem when it happens too early or becomes the primary focus.
Now there’s nothing wrong with being social and joking around, but within limits. Some women latch on like a man is her last hope at the white picket fence. Relationships should take their natural course and if it leads in commitment and marriage then it does, if it doesn’t, then it doesn’t. Either way it’s not good, so don’t focus on marriage but focus on the person and focus on the relationship. Well, these are women who stick to a guy like glue as soon as they get the slightest encouragement, maybe even a friendly smile, and end up being obsessed with the guy. Texting all the time, seeing every milestone as an anniversary (happy 1 day anniversary of our first text!!
I was confused, I was paranoid, I was clueless, I did not understand what was happening in my life.
I had reached a stage where I had started blaming myself.
I privately coached with Sami and her wonder tools, her enthusiasm, her perseverance, her ceaseless passion actually made wonders happen in my life.
I got married a week ago to the Man of my Dreams and nobody can change the fact that it was SAMI who made it all happen.
When I married my husband in 2014, he was a runner and I was a “hater”.
I accompanied him to a few expos/races and after sensing the excitement thought, "Maybe I can do this too!
‘Men secretly respect a woman who is strong, has confidence and has dreams of her own.
